I have provided instructional content founded on end-user documents, as well as defined the ideal mediums for its presentation. These include the following.

• Identify key topics and content, and infill where needed
• Define optimal medium for presentations, such as classic hardcopy, online, Web based, or custom
• Capture and integrate software features and functions
• Convert content to final medium for exemplary digestion
• Include sufficient fascination to engross and engage users
• Update accordingly based on ongoing user responses and surveys
