After 15 years working as a Project Manager in geotechnical engineering and engineering geology, I decided to leverage my diverse skills into technical communications. Based on a strong engineering and project management background coupled with a passionate value for customer serviceability, I have fulfilled a rewarding and exciting passion.
I began servicing the telecommunications industry of the North Bay (Sonoma County) area of California about 15 years ago. My clients included Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Next Level Communications, Motorola, and others. In these positions, I quickly rose to a senior or lead position, and was responsible for many of the most challenging products.
Since then I have documented very complex satellite communications test systems, cutting-edge telecommunications systems, world-class data and system protection products, and a wide variety of business planning and marketing collateral projects.
Beyond a practical use of the communications tools and technologies, my most distinguishing characterists are a keen sense and use of project management principles and an exceptional dedication to identifying issues and developing solutions.
